If you are a small organisation I can say yes because Microsoft give you 10 free license for Business premium which include free windows 10 and free desktop apps so if you have less then 10 employees you will never have to worried about IT cost unless you buy new computers and anti-viruses.
Are Cloud subscription costs spread over time?
You have the option to select monthly payments, 6-monthly payments or 12-monthly payments.
Will the Cloud take my job?
No.
